Notice for Clients using Customers’ Own Carriers
We take no responsibility for the condition of our products after leaving our workshops with Customers’ Own Carriers (COC) or after delivery to COC for onward shipping.
COC must inspect goods prior to loading or upon delivery and sign the Delivery Acceptance Form to signify completion of Condition Check and transfer of responsibility.
Customers must confirm whether their COC will wrap at delivery or collection point.
Any defects must be alerted prior to loading or upon delivery.
